The quest book lists all the quests you’ve started. Roll over the "bubble" icon of the interface “Quest Book” and the dialog of the character that made you start the quest is displayed. Then, every time you complete an objective and/or a step of the quest, your quest book is updated and summarizes the objective and/or the next step until your quest is completely carried out.
