Frauds

We usually do not penalize in-game frauds in DOFUS. Of course, we are
aware that it's never a pleasant thing to discover that you've been swindled
and that you've lost an item. Trust us we know how frustrating it can be.
However, we consider it to be part of the game to be able to take advantage
of the other players as well as to judge whether the seller is honest or just
a scrooge opportunist.
That's why, to reduce frauds to the maximum, we advise you to respect the
following and important security instructions.

 SECURED CRAFT INTERFACE 

If you need to craft an item, you don't have to entrust a craftsman with
your resources. You can simply ask to use the secured craft interface
and you'll just have to enter the resources and click on "combine".
Then, there won't be anymore theft risks for the client, and the
craftsman can not be wrongly accused of stealing the items
in case of craft failure.

 BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN TRADING 

First of all, remember to use the trade interface instead of putting your items
on the ground!
Then, when you're trading items with another player, keep your eyes wide
open! Always check that the player you're trading with gives you the right
item with the characteristics you're looking for!

 DO NOT ENTRUST PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW WITH YOUR ITEMS  

If you lend your items, the online support won't be able to do anything for you
if they get stolen. Be careful when entrusting them, do not give them to people you don't know as you will be held responsible, in case of a problem.

 MODERATORS DO NOT GIVE ITEMS 

DOFUS moderators will NEVER give you items and will NEVER ask for your login ID. If a player pretends to be a moderator and offers you something great in exchange for Kamas, items or password: DO NOT listen to him, DO NOT give them to him, he IS a swindler!
