Today we’ve made several major changes including a new payment interface, new audio code phone numbers, and the introduction of SMS payments for new countries.

From now on, you can 'Manage your Account' from the DOFUS website. We will keep on improving the Ankama Games website and soon make more changes.
This migration of the account management (from the Ankama Games website to the DOFUS website) also includes the release of new phone numbers for audio codes. You should no longer use the old phone numbers. Codes generated with these old numbers will soon expire, so we recommend that you use them without delay.

As a general rule, never keep the phone numbers since they can change at any time.

Changes we’ve made today are meant to improve the quality of our service and above all make it easier for you to follow-up on your subscriptions. We tried to make this migration as smooth as possible, but if it causes any inconvenience to you, we apologize in advance.
