DOFUS Battles 2 coming April 13th!
DOFUS: Battles 2 is coming! After the furious Tower Defence action of the original DOFUS Battles, we're flipping the script! That's right, DOFUS: Battles 2 lets you play the bad guy and lead the charge in a new Tower Attack game! Become the master of an army of slavering monsters and school them in strategy... it's not every day you can command an army with just one finger.
After enthralling nearly 300,000 players worldwide on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, DOFUS: Battles returns! We pick up the story from the first game, but this time, it's from the perspective of the bad guy! You'll have to change up your tactics, because now you're on the offensive!

You play as Jeff Stobbs (the first instalment's big baddie), a man in pursuit of a mysterious and powerful artifact: the Golden Apple. His weapon? A tactile Slablet. His ammo? Zaplis that can be used to control his allies. Hmm, sounds familiar? Naaah, couldn't be...

Jeff Stobbs understands that a good offence is the best defence. Gone is the ''Tower Defence'' gameplay of DOFUS Battles 1; it's time for Tower Attack - a new, innovative and original concept from Ankama.

  • 27 battles against a variety of characters from the 14 DOFUS classes and over 20 different monsters.
  • 20 monsters to tame and control by solving the 20 corresponding Sokobans (those Japanese puzzles, you know?)
  • More than 50 pieces of equipment for your allies Transform your Gobballs into CyberGobballs and kit them out to make them even more powerful!
  • 9 DOFUS zones to explore (or re-explore...?)
  • 1 unique story; a totally wacky parable based on a story well-known amongst iPhone, iPad and iPod users... revisited and revised Ankama-style.
  • 1 entirely new and innovative type of gameplay! Discover the RPG aspect which led to the success of DOFUS BATTLES... but forget Tower Defence; this time around, Tower Attack is the way forward!

There are lots of benchmarking and tests wich prove Iphone is the superior one.

A benchmarking and tests says nothing. Like the Wii sold more, but people still enjoy more from a Xbox360/Ps3, while wii had some great games. You should need to learn what's fine for you (yeah, only you), instead of looking through reviews and stuff. The purpose is only to give you a idea, not to prove "it's better AND DESTORYSSSS", really wtf...

Now that would be cool... Wi-Fi connect DB1 vs DB2 so tower defenders can go against tower attackers.


What I also would like to see are achievements code to get in-game items in dofus... Even if those items are just candies.

Be carefull with the words "Destroy", only a fan-boy would say that.

Anyway, Apple got a hype, people buy everthing as long there is a 'i' infront of product, ignorant as it can be, other products can still be better. Samsung doesn't have that and if a lot of people giving positive comments, I know it's good, when I walked into the Phonehouse and tried both phones, Galaxy S2 was difinetaly better. The screen is just amazing, get used to it and all smaller mobiles really feel small.

Talking about ignorant Apple fanboys, a couple of months ago some company created a sample from Apple users with the subject; 'Which game studio is the best and which developer you think is the best?'. More than 70% believed that Angry birds and the studio of it was the best and Steve Jobs was the best developer, which is funny, because Steve Jobs isn't a developer and the most respectfull developer from a gamer perspective is Shigeru Miyamoto, not to mention Angry birds... but it's a smartphone anyway.

I'm not trying to bash the iPhone, it's a good product and difinetaly par on S2, but it can't beat my opinion, and opinion of yourself always matters. I wish people just try before... yea well, trolling over internet that something is better without knowing what's good. Like some classroom mates believe that Xbox360 still has better performance/graphics than modern/high-tech PC's... like really...

It's always up to the customers and not some guys who reviews.
