Maintenance and update for the Kama & Ogrines Exchange

A few months ago, we let it slip that we've been working on a new version of the KOE (The Kamas & Ogrines Exchange), and today, that development process was completed! Tomorrow, you'll discover a completely new KOE!


In this new version, our interface team has devised clearer interfaces, our server team has strengthened the reliability of transactions, and our web team has added a feature that many, many of you have asked for many, MANY times... You can now use the Exchanges on the web site, without opening up the game!

Unfortunately, this switchover to the new version will require us to cancel and refund all the offers that are currently on the Exchange. Ogrines that have been offered for sale will be automatically re-credited to the seller's account. Kamas that were put up for sale can be found in the bank in-game after the reimbursement. This operation will be performed tomorrow, during the weekly maintenance of the servers and continuing through the morning. This means that the Exchange will be unavailable for part of the day on Thursday, November 27, 2012.

The new version will be available later tomorrow!

If you are still having the problem you will have to buy them off the website or use another computer. It is some random bug that affects a few people that as of yet hasn't been fixed.

I re-installed too

How to clear cache if your Operating System is Windows XP:

Step 1.) Go to C:\Documents and setting\[User]\Application Data\ ([User] refers to your Computer's User. It is different for everyone.)
Step 2.) Once there you'll see a bunch of folders representing the Dofus client. Among them will be "DofusOnline.XXXXXXXXXXX" or OTHER Dofus folders. Delete ALL of these directories. Restart Dofus 2.0 client (If you are having trouble finding this directory, use your Computer's 'Search' function)

1.2 - Fix for Windows Vista/Windows 7

How to clear cache if your Operating System is Windows Vista or Windows 7:

Step 1.) Go to C:\Users\[Name]\AppData\Roaming ([User] refers to your Computer's User. It is different for everyone.)
Step 2.) Once there you'll see a bunch of folders representing the Dofus client. Among them will be "DofusOnline.XXXXXXXXXXX" or OTHER Dofus folders. Delete ALL of these directories. Restart Dofus 2.0 client (If you are having trouble finding this directory, use your Computer's 'Search' function)
I did this and it did not fix my problem.
Anything else .-. ?

My ogrines doesnt work properly
My friends ones work fine
When they press the arrow on the screen, they get lists of amount of ogrines.



But if I click it, it doesnt work at all, and the ogrines system is all mixed up and keeps changing.
I tried clearing cache, but that did not work.
What can I do more?

Ps: someone tried to hack me or so with his link, so yeah there you go ._.
