Sanctions

When registering to DOFUS, you commit yourself to respecting a
certain number of rules. These rules are here to maintain an
atmosphere of friendliness and to optimize the game
comfort of every player on our servers. In case a player
chooses to contravene to these rules, he has to be aware
that he lays himself open to sanctions. According to the cases
and to their seriousness, the sanctions will be different.
Below, you will found the different sanctions that exist on DOFUS.

 THE WARNING 

The warning has no direct consequence on the player account. He can
continue to play without change. The warning is just here to inform the
player that he risks facing more important sanctions if he still does not
respect the DOFUS General Terms and Conditions of Use.

 THE 3-DAY BAN 

The 3-day ban is used in case of repetition of an offense. It replaces the warning for the non-subscribers. The 3-day ban permits to make the player understand that he is facing real risks if he does not respect the DOFUS General Terms and Conditions of Use.

 THE 1-WEEK BAN 

The 1-week ban is the most serious sanction before the definitive ban. It is used in case of several repetitions of an offense or in case of very serious offenses. When an account is banned for a week, the player must adopt an irreproachable behavior or he will be definitively banned.

 THE DEFINITIVE BAN 

The account is definitively closed and the player can no longer access it. This sanction is used in case of several repetitions of an offense, phishing websites, fraudulent transactions...
