Ankama Shield

  • ANKAMA SHIELD

Ankama Shield is an account protection service which allows you to authorise access to your account using one or several computers. No authorisation, no access! Or rather, restricted access can be proposed, but this mode prevents all use of ogrines, exchanges of any kind and other examples of account manipulation. You will also have to update your password if you want to connect using another browser. For more details, check out the tutorial. For better security, use Ankama Shield!

How can I activate the account protection service?

To activate the account protection service, go to the ''Security'' menu of your account management page: https://account.ankama.com/pt/sua-conta/security
Click on the >>Activate Ankama Shield button (Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your account.)

You are about to receive an e-mail from ANKAMA containing a security code
Enter the security code that you have just received in the PROTECTION SYSTEM block.

Once the code you entered has been validated, the protection system is active.

The protection system is activated: Now you must authorize your computer to play DOFUS

When you next start DOFUS, after logging in, you will see a padlock at the top left of the screen which indicates that you are in restricted mode. We will ask you to unblock restricted mode so you can enjoy all of the game's aspects.

At that point, you can choose whether to permanently authorize your computer or, if you aren't using your normal computer, to temporarily deactivate the security system for as long as you want to play.

You are about to receive an e-mail containing a security code which will allow you to permanently authorize your computer and make your account secure.

Once the code is entered, the padlock indicating restricted mode will disappear. From now on, you will be able to play your favourite game without having to worry about your account being stolen.
