Eliocalypse Dungeon - NPC Martalo

For technical reasons, the NPC Martalo has been deactivated until next week's server maintenance. As such, the Eliocalypse Storm dungeon won't be accessible until then.

The NPC Scotty Beammeup will temporarily take its place and will help players exit the map should they find themselves stuck.
