When i subscribe my accounts i use the method "IDEAL"
but when i select it it moves over to creditcard. which i dont have
I just have a bankpass

i think something is wrong there too

I've subscribed perfectly fine 2 weeks ago and my friend try to subscribe 2 days later and above message has poped up for him. Since then we've both been having issue with subscribing with Credit Card/Debit Card, it's been 2 weeks since and still no progress.
So if I understand this correctly. I have 6 accounts that I pay for with creditcard mostly. I always get the message that I cannot use my visa for another 24 hours after I paid for three accounts.
You are saying I can send an email to support, with the accounts I'm paying for and you will enter a special exception to the rules for me?

I stopped playing and just started back up about a week ago. I have never played this game before, so I do not understand why the credit card "method of payment is unavailable".
I am above 18 years of age, am using my own credit card which is not over the limit as I am able to purchase other items online.
I have already sent in a ticket, but am I being restricted somehow? Does Ankama do this to all potential subscribers? I have no idea why I can't pay with credit card.
I'm a vet. player of dofus, and there always seems to be some type of issue that comes around when they change up the payment providers. But I have NEVER, in my 7 years playing dofus, been ignored by ankama support like what is going on now. This last week has put a sour taste in my mouth towards ankama, not that I havent had one before.
But this has happened before? Should I expect to be able to subscribe in a few days?
I just don't understand why a brand new player isn't able to subscribe when they tell you to subscribe every chance they get, telling you of all the benefits and all. I've done all you can pretty much do as a f2p player, and if I'm not able to subscribe soon, I probably will just stop playing this game altogther.
Honestly the time it takes for them to fix the issue, or to even find it, varies from time to time. Some times it is a simply fix, other times it is a complete mess. At present it is looking like a complete mess, so I suggest try back every 24 hours, and u may get lucky, that is the hard true of the matter atm. You can also try to send a ticket to support, but as I said before I have yet to hear back from anyone. I'm really hoping its just because of the holidays, but no one can really say.
