"Please match the requested format"

When I attempt to subscribe with my debit card, I get an error message for the card number saying "Please match the requested format". I've payed using this method before, and I don't seem to have done anything different than usual. Any idea what might be going wrong? Thanks for any replies!

Did you try another browser and/or wait an hour or two and try again?

I also tried internet explorer, got the same result. I've been trying every now and then for a few hours now.

Have you changed countries, gotten a new card, anything like that?

Now that is has been a day, are you still having the same issue?

None of those, but it did happen to work on the 7th.

If you have the same problem again in the future, make sure you talk to Support as it is probably indicative of a bigger problem.
