Mobile subscribing problems

Lately i can't renev my sub with my mobile, may anyone know the problem? This is what it says for the past few days " Your transaction could not be processed. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience."

Have you changed countries recently?

Did you change anything else about the way you were subscribing?

Did you send a ticket to Support?

Note that the error message explicitly tells you what you have to do: contact Customer Support. The forums are not Customer Support. The link that was in the message (and which you even copied directly into your post) is Customer Support.

They should bold the Customer Support part to give extra emphasis that it is a link. They really should.

i have not changed my country etc, it just randomly throws errors to me, and i cant contact customer support because when i click the link it pops the same error window
