I cant buy ogrines with credit card

So, yesterday i tried to buy ogrines by credit card method and i got this Your payment could not be credited since no payment has been registered for this transaction. I am from croatia, International community , tnx

Actually, Revil-Nunor is quite right. You should ask your bank about 3D-Secure, it's the most likely cause for the issue you're experiencing.

Have you tried activating your 3D-Secure service for your respective card? This is the primary culprit behind this particular message showing up, particularly for international transactions.

I have called bank and they said that they.provide 3D security for their cards.
I have used the same credit card week ago and it worked perfectly . But now it wont work

Alright then, let's move on to other potential causes.

You say you're from Croatia, with an International account. So, when choosing your method of payment, are you using the INT Community website (INT flag in the upper-right corner of your browser window), and stating you live in Croatia in the "Your country of residence" drop-down menu?

If so, can you think of anything that might have changed since last week, when it worked?

Also, you say you're buying Ogrines. Did you purchase Ogrines last week? If so, how many did you purchase then, and how many are you trying to purchase now?

Yes, I am using international flag when i am buying otherwise i wouldnt understan what am I doing. Last week i bought 6 000 ogrines.Now i tryed to buy 13 000 and 6000 and both purchase resulted with the same massage I pasted in 1st comment.Also nothing have changed about my account or credit card

Alright, so an overabundance of Ogrines bought isn't at fault.

I can't help but notice you didn't answer me the first time, and I need to make sure: do you select Croatia as your country of residence on the Ogrines purchase page?

A single account can purchase up to 150,000 Ogrines per month, and/or 60,000 Ogrines per week. For more information, you can look up the Ogrines FAQ.

Does your bank restrict international purchases? If you're in Croatia, and since Ankama is located in France, that may be the reason your payments don't go through.

Well if last i dont know how many payments went through then it shouldnt be that problem I think it is problem in ankama because I already used card this week for international purchase

If your bank were to restrict international payments, then it would let purchases go through, up to a certain amount of money spent. So other international payments prior to your Ogrines purchase could still go through.

Could you please ask your bank and make sure this is not what's causing your issue?

I have asked my bank about that and they said that there is no any kind of limit. So it must be problem in Ankama service
