Both Mobile payment and Pay By SMS is not working (Singapore)

Hey, Anyone else having trouble with the payment via SMS or Mobile? I've contacted Mobiyo, Ankama Support and my Phone Company (Singtel). Is there a way to  use this system? When I contacted  Mobiyo they blamed my Phone company and  when I contacted my Phone Company they said that they didn't know what was wrong as they did not detect a problem and to contact Mobiyo. Mobiyo said  they would  email me to tell me whats wrong but in the end did  not and still did not respond to my email regarding this matter. And  Ankama said they could not help me.

If anyone is having any luck please tell me! 

(Problem  - I won't recieve the SMS)

Adding on to this topic that the current payment options for Singapore are Singtel, MobileOne and Starhub.
