Cant pay for subscription

So, I made my accounts in the hispanic server Atcham, because I am from Colombia.
I moved to the Netherlands so I requested via ankama support, access to the hispanic community in order to be able to login with my characters in Atcham.
Now, I wanna buy subscription, but I am based in the Netherlands and the payment methods used here are not accepted in the hispanic (ES server) payment methods. So I cant buy anything, is there a way around this? I am looking to pay via iDeal, the most common way to make transactions in the Netherlands. But I cant using the spanish market, and if I try and buy subscription with the webpage set on english for the Netherlands. it shows

The payment method iDeal was temporarily added to accommodate danicoolxss#5910 and their situation.

Looking at your account, otherwhere, you are part of the ES community, you play on an ES server, via an ES connection. You won't be able to purchase items from the EN DOFUS Shop. If you are experiencing problems via the ES Shop, I would advise you to contact Support on that matter.
