I'd like to remind everyone that it's really important to send your major problems with payments or subscriptions to the support team in a ticket. Our volunteer moderators cannot see your account information and the admin (including me!) cannot respond to specific subscription issues here on the forums.
This isn't because we enjoy making you wait or we think the support site needs more hits on Google, it's for the sake of protecting your privacy!
[MOD]Wish has very nicely made up a list of all the FAQ links to help you find your problem quickly and easily, please use it.

Our "on line" payment platform is a secure service, which is controlled by leading European partners and guaranteed by the French Bank system.
In addition, the information required to make a transaction (credit card number, expiry date, security code) IS NOT recorded by Ankama.
No such thing as automatic credit card payment exists. Every transaction by credit card must be made individually. Make sure that your credit card details are not known to anyone, even those close to you, who could have used them without your knowledge.
Also some players from some countries won’t be allowed to use some payment options (example : Credit card and paypal …. ) , unfortunately we had to take this decision because we got too many payment frauds and suspicious cancellations .

Also once you individually send a ticket to the support regarding your personal p2p payment issues , please keep in mind that each ticket information has to remain private .
