HELP! Transferring character to different account!

Hey,
So basically i tried to transfer my character to the "new accounts option" but the problem is that every single time i put my info and i hit next, it refresh the page and delete all my information. long story short; i'm basically saying that it wont let me continue to the next page. PLEASE HELP ME!! Thanks & Happy New Year y'all

As far as I can see, you successfully performed an account-to-account character transfer roughly 30 minutes after posting this thread.

However, the transfer was to an old account, not a new one. Are you still trying to transfer a character to a new account, and do you still need help with that?

Thank you for you're response, yes, i'm trying to make a multiple accounts but every time i made a new accounts from the website, it just leads me to a blank page again and i had to keep refilling the information. Please help me, i want to make a team! thank you.

Are you sure your account is properly certified?

Additionally, are you sure you have enough Ogrines to pay for the transfer on your account?

Wait, what does that mean by certified accounts? if i think it means like i've put my information and stuff then, yes, it's certified.

And yeah at that time i had 15,000 origines, i gave up trying so i decided to transfer my characters to my only other account.

What should i do?

Account certification is a standard question, I have to ask it. If you were able to transfer to an existing account, it means both are certified. It also means they are both authenticated (via the Shield or Authenticator).

Ogrines, however, aren't a given, as the service takes any missing Ogrine from the destination account to make complement the ones from the original account, so this I really needed to know.

I investigated on my end, and from what I can see, the new account isn't created (sometimes the accounts are created but the transfer is cancelled for some reason). I'll have to check with the web team and the marketing team to figure out why that might be. In the meantime, please try clearing your browser cache. And, if at all possible, please try using another browser.

I just cleared my browser cache, and it worked now!! thank you so much for your help.

Hello, I have very simmilar problem. I bought ogrines in game for kamas. Then I went to buy character transfer to another account on website. Choosed to create new account. Everything went fine, but at the end it said I have not enough ogrines. So I reloged(on website) and my ogrines appeared. So I went again to transfer character to new account, but after I entered new account info(name, pw, id) and checked box, it just refreshed page deleting all I entered without progressing any further. Tried different browser, clearing cache, but problem is still here. Thanks for help

Now it worked, probably had to wait 1 day.
