As far as I can see, you successfully performed an account-to-account character transfer roughly 30 minutes after posting this thread.
However, the transfer was to an old account, not a new one. Are you still trying to transfer a character to a new account, and do you still need help with that?

Additionally, are you sure you have enough Ogrines to pay for the transfer on your account?
And yeah at that time i had 15,000 origines, i gave up trying so i decided to transfer my characters to my only other account.
What should i do?
Ogrines, however, aren't a given, as the service takes any missing Ogrine from the destination account to make complement the ones from the original account, so this I really needed to know.
I investigated on my end, and from what I can see, the new account isn't created (sometimes the accounts are created but the transfer is cancelled for some reason). I'll have to check with the web team and the marketing team to figure out why that might be. In the meantime, please try clearing your browser cache. And, if at all possible, please try using another browser.
Now it worked, probably had to wait 1 day.
