Cant use paypal/CC to buy ogrines?

Hi I am just wondering why I cant buy ogrines with paypal? I just made my account a couple days ago and I don't have the option to use paypal?

PayPal had been disabled for some shop areas due to fraud prevention. Please use one of the other payment methods listed instead.
