Bought Dream Attire from Shop with orgines but not recieved

Hi, I've bought Dream Attire costume from Shop with orgines but it doesn't delivered.
I made relog twice and checked Purchase / Gifts / Codes part but it's not there either.
Please help..

The Dream Attire on the shop is only for rent on Temporis servers. A warning about this appears before you place the final order. The Item is not redeemable on Echo and will be lost, once the Temporis servers end.

You can contact support for a refund if you are not going to use it on Temporis.

I think the dream set is only in the shop for temporis, so if you were expecting it on any other server you're screwed.. If you're not getting it on temporis I have no idea.
