Everytime I buy ogrines, the sale goes through twice!

Every time i use the KE and buy ogrines, it makes the transaction x2! I've lost a lot of kamas due to this what do i do?!!

Have you contacted the Ankama Support on the matter?
If possible, please include the purchase dates (and the OG amount you purchased) in your ticket.
