Can't see my ogrine offers.

Hi, I can't see my ogrine offers in the Ogrine Marketplace. It is happening when I am trying to sell the ogrines or kamas. I can set an offer but I can't see it in the list of offers.
I tried both game/browser versions of ogrine exchange. But I can't see my offers in the list.
Can anybody tell me how can I fix it please. Thank you.

Hello everyone!

I spoke to the dev team about your issues and there was indeed a problem relating to the creation of KE offers.
The problem was fixed yesterday afternoon and the "missing" kamas should now be available to you in-game. If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to let us know!

Regarding not being able to see your offers in the KE listing, this is normal and not a bug. I have however put forward the suggestion to allow players to see their own offers on the list.

For the issue brought forward by InuzukaKiba, they will look into the situation also to understand why the email is sent when part of the offer still remains.

I am having a similar issue with my Ogrine offers. There seems to be a problem with how the Market is handling offers. I notice that after the majority of my Ogrine offer is sold, the entire listing disappears from the Marketplace. I am prevented from creating a new Ogrine offer because of the invisible remainder, but this small amount of Ogrines can be reclaimed by cancelling the offer and I can make a new one from there. This has happened to me multiple times this weekend.

The concerened order numbers are as follows. The confirmation emails following the so-called full sale of my offer appear to suggest I offered smaller amounts than I did, but on your (Ankama's) side you should see the cancellations where I reclaimed the small remaining amounts. I do not believe Ogrines were lost in this whole exchange.

I am having the same issue but in Reverse. I placed an offer and the market took ALL the money on my character which was MORE than the offer I made and did not create the offer. So i am unable to reclaim the kamas I made for the order.

TLDR, i made a kama offer for 2m, it took 2m AND the extra kamas in my inventory, no offer to cancel.

If any mod can help with this it would be appreciated! Can provide photo evidence as well if necessary

That was a bug...? It's always been possible to see our own personal offers in the full list of offers on the market previously. When you click to attempt to make a new offer, you can only see what the full amount you put up was, not where it currently stands.

If it is intended that we cannot view our own offers in the full list, then there is now no way to see the current remainder of our offer. That surely is not intended, and if it is then that's bad and should be changed. We shouldn't be sending Ogrines off into what's effectively the void and only learning of a full sale by noticing our pending kamas + email.
