So i have been in contact with support after a successful withdraw from my bank account and purchase of ogrines and a subsequent ban. i have been more than cordial with support and have given them all the information they have asked for. my question is how long must i wait to play the game i payed for? and why, for the love of god, do they have a no questions asked auto ban system for simply giving them your money?
the point im at right now is a reply stating:
"We have received your request.Your request will require us to investigate further, which is the reason for the longer delay.For now, there is no point in resending your message. We will contact you again once we have more information for you.Thanks in advance for your patience."
essentially a 'dont call us, we'll call you'. is there anything any of the moderators can do to help expedite this ticket? the help ticket number is 2708410 if that helps at all
