orgines lost

i traded 5000 ogines to kamas on Izyaelle on 20th of september. Next day my kamas and orgines was gone. Ankama support doesint answer to my complain.

There was server instability and a rollback was implemented. Shop purchases will be restored in the next few days, and an announcement will be posted when that process is completed. Let us know if your purchase is not restored by the end of the week.
