130 Int Feca

I've come back after about 1-2yrs off the game and have all these characteristic points and achievement points to spend and I have no idea what to do with them.
I'm an Int Feca, my current build is:
Dora Bora
Feudala Wedding Ring
Aykido medal
Gelano
Xenature
Royal mastogob boots
Nettlez
Brulay
I'm intending on using Marie Aigue's Staff but currently don't have the agility to equip it.. Not sure if I'd use some char points on agi or what? I remember I used to have it equipped so I'm not sure what happened haha
Any help especially with the characteristic points would be greately appreciated and any advice on the general item build is welcomed!

Go till 300 int and then either vit or wis, whatever you prefer.
get a ap/mp int staff, I forgot the name but I think it's level 105
I believe Koekzak is referring to the Limbo Wand.
