TORTURE NERF... WTF?

i dont remember well how hight base dmg it had but for sure it was 85% sustain, then we get nerf to 90% and now we get 3th nerf with base dmg.. why? now we got 90% sustain  and only 22-26(26-31) dmg 15% crit where ougis watchogs got 85% sustain with 31-34(37-41) 25%crit... this is not fair lol, this is so weak dmg now.. i know that its life steal but ougi got prey so efect is same..(if not better for ougi overall..)  where is sens here? and befor u sey "cos of suffering" dont forget about ougis modifs and spell base dmges (also he doesnt pay ap or hp to get it..) and caunt it plz.. thx for each react.

True. Bring back old torture, or nerf watchdog spell - thats what simply must happen in order to correctly ballance.

i have to add that sure i get it that sac got higher dmg than expl ougi but its only a bit higher. Also str sac doesnt have any other effective way to heal w/o torture where ougi still got super hight dmg and also with healing! im not sure if this 10% sustain is worth when u cant recovery hp.. Next thing that Ogis sustain is constant where sac one is not, which means ougi is more ressistant to erosion.. where sac is completly fac%ed up by ero.. also sac geting good sustain in late suffering when sac is almost dead and this suffering doesnt changing anything at this moment..

It's most likely because unlike Watchdog it is a health steal usable three times a turn as opposed to twice per turn.
Can't have Sacs being too unkillable otherwise they will have to nerf the class into the ground yet again.

Hey! Thx for answer, but im feel like u forgot about ouginak pray mechanic. Prey gives u 25% hp steal form each attack, in effect even leak pie Got hp steal. Also cos of high base dmg IT works better than normal hp steal. Ofc ougi Got spell for 2ap with base dmg around 20 but with hp steal and coz of pray he recovering 75% of dealed dmg. 
in case of useables per turn torture is main defensif attack for SAC so 3 Times for Tour is fine but honestly is more like 2 coz of target limits where ougi doesnt need more hits form watchdogs than 1. IT is becaus watchdogs effect doesnt stack and he Got steal hp on each spell coz of prey. SO ougi worries all about keep high rage, 1 watchdogs and max dmg combo. 
also good ougi, who know how to keep red rage is more tank than SAC now coz rage gives him dmg sustained also he got shields and heal. Sac doesnt have healing --only steals, suffering sustained is slow, and even to get shields he need  to ust self-dmg spells to get special stacks otherwais shields is not effective.

I'm not forgetting anything.
25% on every spell is less valuable considering the amount of health steal spells Sacrier has.
Then you also have to factor in the more health a Sacrier loses the more damage and damage reduction they get.
I would much prefer spells with health steal in general than ones that require certain conditions to steal health.
The majority of Ouginaks buffs cost somewhere around 3-4 ap and also require having rage.
The ones that also deal damage also require hitting a target in the prey state.
Sacriers buffs simply require hitting a target.
Now I'm not saying "Sacrier is OP please nerf them" or "Ouginaks are underpowered please buff them" but everything has it's upsides and downsides.
2 min and max damage and 5% less damage reduction is hardly anything to fret over.
You should be happy your class has damage reduction and health steal.
My very first 200 (Iop) has neither and probably won't even after they get a revamp.
