Resetting Characteristics Problem?

Hello, so basically I am a lvl 51 Cra, and I am trying to reset my characteristics back to zero so I can change them to suit my decided playstyle. However, when I click reset, it only changed my Agility, Intelligence and Wisdom back to 0, whereas my Strength, the only one I actually need reducing as I dont use it, just stays the same. It does not get reduced. Can anyone tell me why?

Maybe the strength you have is given by something you're wearing, rather than points you've invested?

Either that, or maybe you've used an item that permanently increases your strength, like a scroll or special food.
