Goblifis Gobduracy - where to craft Crushed Mist?

Sorry, forgive me if this is the wrong forum for quest help! The Goblifis Gobduracy quest doesn't have a wiki page so I am trying to create one while doing the quest

Crushed Mist is required for the recipe but I cannot find where to craft it. It has a recipe but does not list the profession. There is no special quest crafting table near the NPC. If anyone has done this quest please help me out and let me know!

Have you tried using a Crusher in a magus workshop?

Though this site here is in French, it's easy to follow via their screenshots + an online translator as needed. Highly recommended as you continue to dive into later game quests.
