Foggernaut First Aid state CH Bug

If foggernaut uses his spell "First Aid" on an ally with Bathyscaphe or Lifesafer on rank III, on a critical hit the effects are improved:

Bathyscaphe : 700 shield, +3AP instead of 500 shield, +2AP
Lifesaver: higher heal

If using the alternative spell "Rescue" the effects are not improved on a critical hit.
Does not seem intended and the spell descriptions give no hint of improved effects on critical hits at all.

Bathyscaphe:
"Places a Turret that gives Shield to nearby targets. In Evolution III, it can give 2 AP to targets in the First Aid state."

Lifesaver:
"Places a defence turret which will heal all allies and enemies within its area of effect. Heals given are proportionate to the targets' maximum health."

I wanted to bring this back up, because I am also gaining the same results.

A non-crit "First Aid" adds 500 Shields and 2 AP, both for two turns. A crit "First Aid" adds 700 Shields and 3 AP, both for two turns.

A non-crit "Rescue" adds 500 Shields and 2 AP, both for two turns. A crit "Rescue" adds 500 Shields and 2 AP, both for two turns.

It seems that the critical portion of "Rescue" wasn't implemented correctly to match "First Aid" and it's critical potential.
