Kwismas Maze with Npc Threepaws Location: [-35,-84]

Dear Ankama,

Today around 12/20/2022 PST the Dofus community of server: Tal kasha, we did the Maze on Kwismas Island
we got the people and spend an hour to open the gate to enter, but the game bugged, and we could not enter to the next area of the maze if you could please look forward and investigate this matter a lot of us in the Dofus community for server Tal kasha will be happy after this upsetting event thank you! username: Silver-spirit

P.s there is alot of player that participated and were disappointed i will share this post in the hope that more speak out and witness and type there usernames.

Thank you for this report.
The game team is aware of this issue (and issues affecting other areas of the game in the same manner).

The problem will be fixed with next week's maintenance. I will come back to you with more information if anything changes.

Hello i can account for the following. We REc for 1 hour or a bit more from 23;00 till 24:00 somethin when it opened. My CRa Kaiserus from guild OMNi Zeltana DIssolved any Roy and man

y other were there. Gates opend and got bugged no1 could enter it... I am putting picture of some of us as i was a bit late with picture due to afking after standing on a cell I am putting our picture.

I already completed the quest, however, was helping out some friends. Gate was opened as in the screenshot but no one was able to enter.

I hope you will be able to atleast give us kwismas spirit quest as solved or open the gate for some time. As we wasted our time and gates were bugged...

A bit ridiculous that people spend a lot of time helping each other to do this quest only to find the gate is bugged. Heard it wasn't just this gate too, but other gates like Kralove. Ankama needs to give those who spent their time some recompensation or a complete on this quest at least.

I've always played to obtain achievements, and I'm very discouraged by this kind of bugs. For this achievement you need the help of many people and yesterday, when I thought I would finally get it, this bug appeared. I really hope you recognize our effort and help those of us who were present.

Hello everyone, good news! A small fix was applied and you should now be able to access the next area of the maze when the gate is open.

Hello Ankama..... WE OPENED the gate for second time in 3 days.... But this time we were able to enter but we were unable to recieve the quest Kwismas spirit and didn't get the acivement 50 people got screwed over againn... PLs fix your stuff and give achivement ti every1 that was involved there again PLS! we can't do this anymore i'm posting pictures again

Just give us the achivement and compensatio for ouir troubles... what is this....

I can confirm that multiple people said they haven't received the quest nor got it finished (as far as I remember this quest starts and finishes upon clicking on the statue in the second room and getting the gifts).

Hey Ankama, we opened the "Jails of Reconciliation" today, at 21:15, and we were hoping to finish our achievement "A funny Kind of Kwismas" but when entering (at least that worked this time) no Quest began, or was finished. Not even after relogging. Which is where I start to wonder, cause it's the second time we took an hour to open it without being able to complete the achivement.

Ankama i am very upset with you guys you guys didn't even fix the problem, i am disappointed
i lost all respect for you guys. i used to enjoy this game even though you guys have been butchering it year after year, i remained loyal, as you guys screw over veteran players again and again.
