kolossium disconnect/crash account lock out

so if you crash/disconnect/rage quit in kolo, it locks your account from being able to log back in for days either until maintenance, or what seems to be a stroke of god that he closes the kolossium server that your account was stuck in purgatory for days.

ive been locked out of my account for literally no reason other than the games fault for as much as ive been able to be logged in the past two weeks because of this happening multiple times.

and its happened to multiple people in my guild. i've also seen it reported on the forum by multiple other people.

im just tryna farm my gladiabone man... kolo isn't even playable without being a giant risk

and to be clear i dont need to be credited subscription time to make up for it or anything.. i just want something implemented to where if your account is stuck like this you can fix it without waiting for days and RNG

just let me be addicted to your game, ankama

also, when it resolves itself after a few days of leaving you soft-banned, I'm pretty sure Ankama views it as the problem fixing itself... but the problem is still there. and I'm still paying for a subscription I don't even get to use for attempting to play the main PvP game mode lol.

and it happens weekly if not multiple times. that is a problem that needs fixed.

and no. this is not a problem with my account or my internet.

update: day 3, still locked out lol

update 2: after 5 or 6 days, maintenance let me back in. bad news: my friend that was also able to play for the first time in a week got locked out of his account again due to kolo not even an hour after the servers were up. lmao

We are aware of this issue and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

It is an issue that is hard to solve on our side due to the connection server and its outdated technology.

However, the team is currently working on modernizing the connection servers, with an implementation planned for March 2023.

When the connection servers are updated, this issue should be solved.

In the meantime, the team is looking for temporary solutions to try and fix the issue until the new connection servers are ready. We will keep you updated on this matter as soon as we can.

Thank you for your understanding and we apologize again for the inconvenience. We thank all of you that have sent their reports, allowing us to get a clearer view of the situation.

I had the same issue just today. I was playing Kolo and wanted to relog because my game was pretty laggy but my screen is now perma stuck in the loading screen.

Two months ago, I created a thread about a pretty similar glitch that I've been experiencing on and off for almost a year. No response. Yet, the concern evolves to the next level of annoyance. Wonderful....

Having the exact same experience right now. Locked out, paying for a product that I can't use, kinda hoping to get online soon and waiting for replies. I only subbed 3 days ago and I've been locked out 1/2 that time. The only reason I subbed was to play kolo and like you said, huge risk to do so. I was poking around and saw this problem goes back to October or so and my understanding is that it's a issue with their old tech not being compatible with new tech but you'd hope that after 4 months someone would address that issue and announce a upgrade or a fix is being worked on but I can't find much about what's being done about it anywhere so I assume we just have to live with it.
