All Incarnum Pancakes being consumed at end of Quest ...Not sure if it is intentional, or a bug?!

Good evening,

I have made more Incarnum Pancakes, to have some remaining after end of Quest... as souvenir, in Quest Items.
It is one of the Incarnum Quests.
Towards end of the Quest tho, all Incarnum Pancakes were "lost".
I got no clue if this is intentional or is a bug?

I remember that I did some Pandala Questing recently, and I've made 2 outfits, required for one of the quests: a head band as equipment item, made x 2; a costume as quest idem, made x 2.
At the end of the said quest, only one of each was consumed.

So, there doesn't seem to be an overall rule for this kind of situations, when the player creates more quests items than required for a specific quest:

- if the player gets to keep the extra item/s required for quest;
- or if the player looses all said item/s required for quest.

If you have the exact names of the quests and items that this was tested on, this would be very helpful (I assume the first Incarnum quest is the Secret Pancake one, but if you have the name of the Pandala quest and items names, it would be great!).

I don't recall the name of the Quest, but I remember I crafted 2 e.a. of what was needed for quest, and, upon completion of Quest, on last step, only 1 e.a. was "consumed", so I remained with:

[Pandawushuka Apprentice Headband] - equipment item - hat x 1 ;
[Pandawushuka Outfit] - quest item - Category: Pandala x 1.

Thanks for looking into it!

PS: I did intend to remain with 1 e.a. , that's why I have crafted 2 e.a. of the items needed for completion of Quest.
