Character bugged, cannot find match for solo 3v3 kolo

Hello my forgelancer is level 200 on Tal-Kasha. I can queue for 1v1 kolo and get a match but I cannot get a match for 3v3 kolo Solo. the queue lasts hours. i have tried deregistering and registering again and no match. I can queue for 3v3 solo Kolo on my other level 200's and get a match. I can even queue for Group 3v3 kolo on my forge and get a matcgh. there is something wrong with my forgelancer for 3v3 SOLO

In order for us to investigate, can you please give me additional information on this situation?
With your Forgelance character, had you already played a lot of Kolossium matches before? Do you know your rating? When did those long matchmaking times start appearing for you?
