Lektor Kebab - Where to craft? Which WS? Or is it bugged, the recipe?

Good evening,

I have lost my mind almost, running around all mooon island lookig for a hunter WS, then trying both in bonta and brak, with char holding the resources to craft, then with other one inviting it to craft, by filling the recipe by hand ... and I keep getting that msg, that the recipe did not produce anything.
Is it a bug?
Or is it a special WS where I should craft those marshmallow blessed lektor kebab' s?

According to a friend, it looks like the recipe uses an invalid skill ID, so it's currently impossible to craft.

It seems it just got craftable, after the today's early morning maint.
