Logging on through Ankama Launcher - "Playing with more than one account is not allowed on this server"

Hello there!
I have been experiencing the same error when I try to log in.
I play on Draconiros and never had this issue, I don't launch the game on more than one client or more than one computer at once.
It started yesterday after the update.
The solution: I've changed the account password and then I managed to log in the game.
However, I'm having the same error today. I feel that I would have to change the password again in order to log in. 

If you find any solution rather than that or any update on this bug fix, I would like to know.

Hi! I'm having the same issue. After updating my client, I couldn't log in again.

Hi guys, I found one way to fix it. Open your Ankama client, and open the game options (below the play button). After that you need to change the connection settings, selecting "to server choice" instead of "to character choice". This fixed my problem. I hope that can help you too. see ya!

same problem with me and i try another wifi and yet i cant log and i got band 10min from Launcher
is that how dofus work after every maintnance problems and more problem

I'm also having the same problems. After the "fix" was released yesterday I could login successfully once. After that one login and playing session I could no longer login again. I keep getting the error message stated above in the thread title. I tried: clearing game cache, changing to server selection, re-installing the game, re-installing the launcher + game. All without success.

Same problem here, I tried almost everything, all possible options, password changes, repair, reinstall... The only solution is using my mobile phone internet, but that costs me a lot and I don't want it...

Many still having issues today still. When can we get a patch? So many locked out the game since the last patch that was supposed to resolve this issue.

Why isn't this a big emergency? Sometimes it works to login and sometimes not. It has been so for a week now and nothing has been done to resolve it. Learn to prioritize things! If the game doesn't work tomorrow I'll just quit. 

I'm having the same problem too, it's really frustrating, paying for a service that doesn't work!

I am having the same problem today (April 8th). I was able to log in earlier today.

I am having the same problem since 8pm today.

This started happening to me the other day. Sometimes I am able to login again after a few hours, but this last time I got disconnected and haven't been able to get back in (8+hours ago). None of the above solves the problem.

I have the same problem again. It works for a couple of days after maintenance and then this problem pops up. Sorry that I'm so negative but this haven't been resolved after 2 weeks and there has been zero compensation. I've been losing several days of playtime, feeling dumb that I bought almanax items one month in advance when I can't even turn in the quests, and my sub ends in 2 days. Really doubtful at this point to any renewal.

P.S. restarted network, repaired and reinstalled the game, updating other software, fiddling with launcher options. Nothing works.

Haha, the exact same auto response my post / complaint got. It takes them days to copy and paste a message rather than just fixing the problem.

Still can't log. How am I supposed to get to 1600 quests like this, missing out on the daily almanax?!

It's been almost 3 weeks now and nothing has been done to resolve this. No news or updates or anything.
