I got the same problem cause i used a phone number i found on the internet and now someone else is using the same number and maybe online and i just cannot enter the game 24/7. maybe i should just contact support and ask them to change my phone number to my personal number .
Indeed if you are not using your own personal phone number, this could definitely cause access issues since Draconiros only allows players using a unique e-mail and number on their account to enter.
I highly recommend you write a ticket to the Support team and explain the situation so they can help you change your account's phone number!

It seems to be working again for me, finally. I can log in and play the game again after the 2.67 release has been deployed. Thank you for fixing the bug.
I am curious though if there is gonna be any form of compensation? Draconiros is the only server me and my friends play on and I have lost a lot of my subscription time on this bug.

I have been getting this for weeks now. I'll be playing then get dc with the caution sign saying someone else is logged in. I then would have the completely exit out of dofus then launch it again to play.
