Xelor petrification fully bugged, doesn't reduce cost
By Thanatoss#1432 - SUBSCRIBER - March 31, 2023, 13:14:00Petrification is not making the effect after hitting enemys on telefrag state, doesn't reduce the AP cost, please fix this asap, is a freaking spell used a lot for chance Xelors and is required every time.

I think Petrification isn't working for me as it should either, sometimes it lowers the cost of my next cast and sometimes it doesn't. Is the cost only reduced on the 2nd cast during the same turn? As it's not carrying over to the next nor reducing the ap cost at the time a telefrag is consumed.
