Access Denied ... Why ? I am just using the Launcher and letting it connect auto the accounts I plan using ...

Like the title says:

The "Acess Denied" bug is back.
I am just somply letting Launcher do the work for me, and connect the accounts I plan using; yet, it says "please wait 10 mins for access to all Launcher features".
Why?
It started a couple of days ago, and there is no day without it happening quite a fewww times!
My nerveeees! My pooor nervesss! Trying to connect, like I am now! And it aint just about me, is about the rest of grp, in mid dung, waiting for me!
Anyone has some camomile infusion? LOL !

Have you experienced it again since? How often does it occur for you? Is it everytime you try and connect your accounts?

I have this mixed with freezing. The character I take dream fights in often freezes on fight placement phase immediately after starting the fight in like 10% of the fights I take, and it refuses to let me relog the character until the fight is over. If I try restarting launcher after attempting to relog a few times I get this access denied garbage.

Ok, for a few days the log in phase was okayish, but then again, I didn't get to play much, cuz of Easter, cooking, enjoying ma dishes, visiting friends irl, shopping sprees last min, etc.

But it seems the issue is still there:
I've just tried to log 8 accs of mine at once:

- I've logged first and second one by one, picking them by hand from list;
- then since it seemed okay, I've hit to log six more ... but only 2 more got logged... the other 4 got the gray screenie with Access denied, please wait 10 mins, etc.

So ...
... After lil wait, I've hit again the button of launcher to connect 4 more accs; it worked only for 1, for the other 3 being impossible to log atm; and in launcher, same error msg on gray background, Access Denied, etc.

At this rate, I'll need 30 min - 1 h just to log!?!?!? sleep

Almost one hr later from beginning this extreme race to log in 8 accs, I've managed to log 2 more; and 10 mins later or so, the 8th, finally.

I'm very sorry about that.
In order to receive more help about this, I recommend you write a ticket to the Support team and give them as much information as possible, since this seems like a pretty specific issue.
Make sure to join your launcher logs to your ticket! You can find how to retrieve your logs here:

"To do this, simply go into the game settings, then the "Support tab", and check "Activate generation of bug reports". The last step is to reproduce the bug and then press F11 on your keyboard. This will save a file that you can add to your Support ticket."

Do the steps from the quote above enable F11 to generate a bug report even while in Launcher, no client open?

Then, what info from our laptops/ pc's get sent via such a bug report, with the file attached? Just curious ...

And it aint just me, some of my friends and/ or guidlies are experiencing the logging issue too.

B ).

As long "shortcut" to enable logging without having to wait for every 1-2 accs logged 10-15 mins, to be able to log 1-2 accs more, I'm using atm this "procedure":

- I open first acc, in Launcher, ofc; I wait till it full loads, then log a character from it; then wait again, till the char is on sfreen, its window 100% loaded, and I can see chat/ type in it/ etc; wait a bit;
- then I open a 2nd acc, in Launcher too; repeat all the steps from above; wait a bit;
- ...
- ...
- ....
- ...
- ...
- then I open 8th acc, in Launcher too; repeat all steps for acc 1.

It seems tedious and time consuming, and it is; but defo, it takes far less time than having to wait 10-15 mins between logging e.a. 1-2 accs.

Btw, lately I am playing 4 - 6 accs at a time, but at first log in for a day, I tend to log 8, which are subbed, at least to play at lottery machine from H.B.
I can't handle 8, is a bit too much (unless I make a team of 8-alike-class, lol, same gear/ spells/ etc), neither my laptop can handle well 8 accs at a time (I'd need to relog every 1 - 2 hrs, cuz of lag).
But! The latest 2 accs that were subbed were subbed for merch mode; not that I was selling deep hot marsmallows on them, but for the fun of it, and see the sells surprises. Shall it be any compensation, maybe, for those who foolishly subbed 1 year some acc/s, with the intention to use them for merch mostly, without previous nottice that merch mode will go away? I mean, without notice that would have mad eone think twice before subbing 8 accs, like I did.
