Colloseum finding bug

I'm having trouble finding the coliseum on my character on the Draconiros server, character name Harry-Drezden.
I can be even 2-3 hours in the queue and it doesn't find me a match.
We are talking about 3vs3 fights here. 1vs1 it finds without a problem, apart from the fact that most fights are simply on bots.
I've been thinking about the cause, and I've come to the conclusion that it might be because of the rating. I recently got back into the game, the character is new, about a week old.
At lvl 60, I played one or maybe two 3v3 coliseums, but that didn't give me an official rating (but I suspect there is a hidden ranking or something, and after playing for example one more game, I would get an official ranking). Then I reached level 150 and I wanted to start 3 on 3 again, but I can't find a match. Maybe I have a rating assigned to my character that is too low and it won't catch a match at level 150 against level 60 players?
Please check this situation, there are a huge amount of players playing on mono servers, I think it is unrealistic to wait in line for 3 hours at a time and not find a match.

I am sorry to hear that.

Usually a long waiting time simply means there are no players to match you with currently waiting in line. As the game does not want to match you with players not on your level, the waiting times can stretch as it tries to find the appropriate match for you.

With that being said, I will escalate your feedback to the game team regarding the Kolossium matchmaking, as 3 hours of wait is definitely a very frustrating situation.

I apologize again for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

For additional information, if you try to access a 3v3 match with another character of a different level, are the waiting times similar or can you find a match quickly?

Is any one from support reading this ? First i made a ticket to support, thay didn';t help me, thay say i need to post on forum. I did and no one responding. This is a joke.

I don't have other character that i am playing at the moment, so i can't check it.
I still was trying to find 3vs3 match, and still nothing.
Check my rating on 3vs3 on webside, it's -1. i don't know why. 
My rating must be bugged.

Any new info? Did some 1 check it already ? i'ts more then 2 weeks and i still can't do a koloseum match.

I have reported this issue and I do not have more information to offer at the moment, unfortunately.
I have sent it again to the team with the addition that the issue is still present to this day.

I understand that this problem is quite frustrating. However, I want to assure you that there is no favoritism towards a community or another, and this issue is not exclusive to the English players as it has been reported in other languages as well!

In the future, to make it easier for the team to find your messages, I highly suggest using the Reply function of the forum rather than editing your message, so we can see that you have made a new reply on your thread.

I hope you understand my annoyance, it's been almost a month since I reported the issue and I haven't received any concrete response yet.
The pvp content is what I love most about this game and I just can't do it. If with today's patch, the problem is not solved, I will apply for a refund for p2p. I will not pay for an incomplete game that doesn't have player support.

I would also like to add that my 1vs1 rating is also bugged.
I'm fighting lvl 200 in a really decent set, rated 2000, if I had a normal rating I'd get a lot more currency for collotokens. I get 2 or 3 times less per fight. And here I expects some reasonable compensation too.

The team is aware of some issues affecting the Kolossium rankings.
Those issues are generally solved after a new season and a reset of the rankings.

I invite you to write a ticket to the Support team so they can look into your account more closely and help you solve this problem (as on my side, my ressources are limited for those types of account-related issues).

Hi,

So after a month sice i reported the bug, you are telling me, that the team is awere of the problem? Are you serious? 
It seems like You didn't fix the bug, You just wait for next kolossium season to reset all rankings of players? Do I understand it correctly? And when the next season starts then?
What about compensation for the 1vs1 fights fights on the coliseum with an underrated rating due to which the rewards were underrated. Simple math, You can count it easy.
As you can see on screen bellow, support team direct me to forum.
In no game, did I feel so disrespected by support as here.
You all just replaying without any progress in the topic I made.
