Shake shake your genius quest BUGGED!

Ive been doing this quest then server had maintenance now that im back i cant get the Gobball War Chief Sample which is a quest item and ive fought so many already and still could not get it to drop. I have 3 before the maintenance now i just need 2 more but does not drop anymore. anyone please help dont even know if i can reset the quest.
