Feca Class boots (Relief boots) Doesn't reduce Tensions spells AP

As said in the title.
It seems that Fecas spell "Tension" Is not affected by the relief boots (class boots).
Tension spell is 5 ap with or without boots.
Boots clearly say: "Reduce the Tension spell's AP cost by 1"

Bug came after last minor patch.

Hello,

The team tells me that they cannot reproduce this issue and the boots should be working properly (the Tension spell should cost 4 AP after equipping the boots).
If the issue is still present on your end, can you please share screenshots of the Tension spell without the boots and then, one with the boots equipped?
