[STEAM] Payment was accepted immediately, but items haven't been receive

Hello,

I do not like to come to the forum to complain, but I feel like I had to. I pay for the adventurer pack on Steam yesterday, and it's currently 8:00 PM (NYC), and I haven't received the items. 

There is something that I'm missing here? If possible, someone, explain (?) it to me.

I also contacted Ankama Support, my ticket is #2170128.

I am sorry that you still haven't received it, but would you mind sharing with us your ticket number so that we can do a follow up for you with the support team as asked from your reply in another thread, so that we can help you. Thank you, we really want to make sure that this gets resolved.
