We deserve a p2p Refund! (Connection Issues)

I haven't been able to log on for 7 hours now and my p2p is wasting on 3 accs!
We deserve a p2p refund! Give us 1 day p2p for all those p2p'ed during these issues!
We deserve it. Thank you for fixing the issues, but meanwhile my p2p is going to waste...

First Ankama intervention
A forum announcement was made, informing the community of a compensation being rolled out today. 

Following the deployment of the 2.48 update, players encountered difficulties accessing the game.

As a result, we will credit a subscription day to all active players (having logged in at least once between Monday at 00:01 and today at 10:30) with a subscription that was active during the incident.
All active players will also receive 5x30
compensokens and 5 pirate transformation potions.

We are doing our best to distribute all compensations over the course of the day. Given
the large number of accounts involved, it will take several hours.

We apologize again for the inconvenience caused.

You're getting the subscription day back anyway,, but to frame it in terms of all the money you're losing... that's just ridiculous.

Let's figure out how much money you actually lost, by not being able to play for 7 hours on 3 accounts.

The game still costs $7/month, right?  So that's $7 for 720 hours, that's about 0.972 cents per hour... which comes out to about 20 cents.  (That's total, for all three accounts)

Or... if you want to count it as a full day?  That's 70 cents total, for all three accounts.

(And that's assuming you're paying month-to-month, which is the most expensive rate)

When you get right down to it, this game is still damn cheap, probably the cheapest non-F2P MMORPG in existence (and those other "free" MMORPGs get you in other ways).  If Ankama was really as greedy as most people say they were, they would have at least raised the cost of subscriptions over the past thirteen years to match the cost of inflation, but they haven't.

I have no problem with the compensation on offer and I try to be reasonable. Computers and networks can be all too "Human" sometimes. I don't feel much was lost. I'm more upset over getting killed for no apparent reason on Ombre. This makes the second time my Lead character has been "killed" by some type of server glitch. The first time he was 92, and the other day he was 85, and I had just bought him six figures worth of new equipment. The server slowed to a crawl, a got dropped, and when I logged back in, my Lead was dead. If I want "compensation" for anything, it would be a better explanation of what gets you "killed" on Shadow. And by that I mean put it in the server description. that you read at log on.
