Support Response Time

Hi Guys,

After getting my three accounts automatically banned because of payement anomalies, i contacted support to get them back. I knew that with the current situation i'd have to wait for at least 72 Hours before getting a response but it's been more than a month now since i have started the ticked (Never re-started the ticket)...
Does anyone have an idea of the real wait time for a response?

I too put in a ticket (#2601537) after trying to come back from a long break and was surprised to find my account was permanently banned for "advertising websites" which is impossible because I was gone. It has been a week or so. I just decided to start over.
