connection problem where after I click play on the launcher, dofus opens then I get stuck on connect with launcher

been stuck on on the connect with launcher screen since yesterday, I click play on the launcher, dofus opens then I get stuck on connect with launcher, uninstalled it twice, on the 2nd try i also deleted appdata from my pc but i still get stuck at the same bit, also rebooted my internet and also tried the hotspot from my phone nothing is working it's only dofus that is doing this

I've run into this a bit. I was able to resolve by clicking the "Connect with launcher" button.

Hello,

I had this issue when I got back, after being away almost a month.
It "fixed" itself by opening launcher and letting it try a bit to connect; close game; close launcher; reboot laptop; repeat; quiteeeee a feeewwww times. wicked

Also, you can try:

- from options, to connect by the other port, usually they're 2 from which you can pick 1;
- clear cache, maybe? might help, tho not sure?!
- uninstall game, launcher, etc, install again all stuff ... and cross fingers!

same problem here, tried re installing the game, re starting my computer, clearing game cache but nothing seems to work. Did you find a solution ? My problem started out of absolute nowhere and I have no idea how to fix it.

i have this problem too . i could get 1 account online tho
after that its not letting me logg the others.
and then when i give up i get access denied wait 10 minutes .........

then after 15 minutes same thing ......
im freaking paying for this shit !

sorry for getting mad but this happens to often

ok i did a "repair" and it worked (after totally closing the launcher)
not the first time i did that tho

hi
i have same problem but after selecting my character
i wait for like 10 minutes after selecting my character on loading page and then it takes me back the selection character screen again and i ve been like that for 3 days and till now the support didnt help me or even noticed this bug and im so disappointed about that because i have been so mad this last days just because the assistance couldnt be on time and its really unbelievable.
do you guys know how shouldmi fixe that issue please ?

i ahve the same issue, the connect wiht luncher button does nothing, also tried with different wifi and pc connections

i think i found the solution:
In the launcher under Play button: Settings/General: Connection(log in directly): to server.
