It's kind of frustrating considering I have four accounts that are subbed right now.

Ankama says there is nothing they can do.
It's just so frustrating. We haven't done anything wrong. My husband and I have pretty much given up. I'll probably try and limp along on Temporis using my phone hotspot but there's no way I'll be able to do that with my multiple accounts on 2.0 or Retro.
When I was initially blocked on Dofus/Ankama, I was on my laptop connected to my workplace network. When I went home, I was surprised to find out I was also blocked on my PC connected on my home network. Although, both networks use the same ISP.
Is it possible for Cloudflare to block all IP addresses from a certain ISP?
We have tried all the troubleshooting they suggest with no luck, including sending tickets to Ankama
Damn. I don't even want to put in a ticket because so many people are experiencing the same issue. Let me know if anything changes.
Cox Communication practically has a monopoly as the ISP in the city I live in because it is the only ISP with decent Internet speeds here. I went and tested this by connecting to local business' wifi networks and confirming the ISP with speedtest.net. All wifi networks with Cox Communication IP addresses got blocked by Cloudflare.
In the meantime, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Really sad to lose active, PAYING players who follow the TOS in the community because of this issue. I believe there was a similar problem in April 2020 with many many French players being locked out the game. Is there anyway to request an escalation???
