Wrongful ban

Well i am Dragonhunter-M07 that is the firts account i created in all dofus, i started in boune. This is a 3 year old dofus account that i've been grinding for a long time , and to lost it this way makes me feel sad, just because for being in arena, while opening crackler souls, because the original dungeon (crackler) was full of people that really do botting and using 3rd party clients ( i dont even know whats that ) so i wanna ask you guys to check my case more deeply, because after i got banned it said " you have been banned for 2 days " then 4 mins after that " you have been perma banned " so i dont think with no offense, that my case was seen.
