Launcher Not Working

"downloading package 7z" once it gets to this stage in the ankama launcher startup i get this pop up "your internet connection seems to unavailable!  Please reconnect and click retry to resume" my internet connection is seemly fine as i can visit websites etc absolutely fine. i click retry only to have it immediately pop back up with the same message. I could play earlier during the day and now i am getting this message.
there may have been an update to the launcher, which would explain why i could player earlier, and this problem happens during the installing of the update? regardless this issue still stands. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling too, still getting this problem.

Sorry you are having problems with the Ankama Launcher.
Have you tried changing your Internet protocol to TLS 1.2 (Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced Tab/Security section: "USE TLS 1.2")?

Ankama, please answer, how long will your disgusting attitude towards players last? it’s not that you can’t repair the game’s client, but it doesn’t work systematically, for example, like today - forgive the client and everything, but there’s no word or explanation from you. I am not sure I understand what you are referring to when you speak of a "disgusting attitude". We actively communicate on both this forum and on Twitter regarding issues relating to both the game and the Launcher; we also keep players informed on both status and resolution of problems as often as possible.

You are welcome to express your opinion, but if you wish to have a constructive discussion, I would kindly ask you to provide constructive and tangible details so that I can try to help you resolve whatever problem you might be encountering. 
 
  1. What happened to your client that resulted in it "systematically" not working, like yesterday? Is this a game issue or an Ankama Launcher issue that you are experiencing?
  2. Your reply is on a thread where a player wasn't able to play DOFUS due to Windows settings.  Is your problem related to this?

i cant download the luncher as well, i allways get that  "installation aborted" and i dont know why
