Can't log in via launcher

Sometimes I'll get logged out by the launcher and then can't connect again; the launcher says 'Login failed' even though the account information is correct and my Internet connection is fine. Rebooting and/or refreshing the launcher doesn't help.
The application.log file has this error:

What I've found works to fix the problem is to log in to the dofus.com website - that gives me a captcha, which seems to convince Cloudflare I'm a real person. Of course, my saved accounts are cleared, but that's a known bug.

Please create an Ankama support ticket and attach the file to it. Please feel free to add the link to this forum topic in the description.
Once you have it created, please reply to this topic with the Support ticket number and I will pass it on to the AL team.
