launcher login problems

Anybody else having problems logging in with launcher since they changed it. Every time i try logging in i get the message username or password incorrect on all accounts linked to launcher. ive tried uninstalling the launcher and dofus and running a cleaner that ankama suggested, then redownloading both the launcher and dofus but still get the same message when tryign to log in. any help on this problem would be great. thanks guys

According to Support, If you get the message stating that your username or password is incorrect when you connect to the game from the Ankama Launcher, even though these are correct, this could be because the IP address of your Wifi or 3G/4G connection changes between connecting to the Launcher and launching the game.

Have you tried a different connection?

I got the same problem mate, tried everything and still nothing. Still cant log into the game. Its been more then a week that i send ticket to Ankama support. Horrible support system! They dont care if they loose players. I think that this was my last month on Dofus.

Most people only have 1 internet source, not multiple, so how do you try on different connections? I haven't been able to play since you guys took manually login away. I paid for over a year of sub and I've been robbed a month of it since the change was implemented. I've contacted support over and over, since BEFORE you guys made the change as I was trying to be pre-emptive so I can still play with my friends, to no avail, I've received no support for this. I guess it really doesn't matter to you guys at this point. You already got my money. The funnier part of this being, you implemented this system to stop the bots, and I've seen on my guilds discord that it has done NOTHING for the bots. The bots can still login but the LEGITIMATE players who ONLY had that way to log in receive NOTHING from you guys. All I ever get back from support is "we know its an issue and it's escalated" it's been 2 months and I'm not the only one with this issue. If its a connectivity issue then how we're we able to login previously through the manual way? It just doesnt make sense and is incredibly frustrating that legitimate players who are doing everything right not multi accounting not botting are the ones being kicked to the curb due to your new "anti-bot login system". For the longest time your "solution" to people with my problem has been "oh just another instance and you can play." Why wouldn't you have fixed that issue before implementing the launcher only login practice.

I invite you to write a ticket to the Support team so they can look into it and help you out.

In the future, I suggest you open a new topic on your issue in order to receive some assistance if you cannot find a solution! Not only is it easier for us to track your issue this way, but it prevents reviving some old forum topics.
