Cant log in MAC

Hello,

2 days ago i was logged out mid kolo and since then i have not been able to log in.  After I click play in launcher, i am taken to the screen that says  "connect with launcher."  Even if i click connect with launcher, nothing moves from that screen on.  

I am not a good with computers so please specify exactly what I need to do. 

Also worth noting, i have already restarted my computer and uninstalled/reinstalled the game.

I have also repaired the game several times to no avail

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Have you tried changing the login settings in your launcher (for example, to connect directly to the game, or character choice, or server choice)?

Happened again this patch.  This time, i logged out mid-kolo due to a bug and could not log back in.  Switching the login settings in launcher to connect to server choice (from character choice) allowed me to log in.

I'm glad to hear you managed to solve the problem!

The Kolossium disconnect issue is a known issue from our team that should be permanently solved around March when the connection servers are modernized.
In the meantime, I glad you managed to find a solution that allows you to reconnect!

I am currently having the same issue and changing to Connect to server does not work for me

Your account should get unlocked with tomorrow's maintenance. As we said above, the Kolossium disconnect issue is a known issue that should be permanently solved around March when the connection servers are modernized.
